Gen-E

A photo series portraying the state of our generation.
My generation is currently at an age where we are trying to form our own identity. Realize who we are. In this day and age, our identity is easily distorted in many ways. Our view of ourselves changes rapidly due to all the information on social media we have grown up with.

Created by building in front of the camera with techniques and no use of Photoshop.
These images were created by using a panorama filter found on Instagram. The subjects would pose in front of the camera while I moved the camera to stretch and distort the image and create the duality within the faces.
